How might we create more profit for Australian farmers and more accessible produce for consumers?
The problem
With supermarket retailers (Coles and Woolworths) having the largest share of competition this also means:
Consumers have less choice
Suppliers and farmers have less bargaining power
Less competition may possibly mean less push for innovation

Cutting out the middle man
I believe that by empowering farmers with better logistics and marketing tools, they can attain a bigger cut of profit and customers may receive better value.
Local Host is a marketing and inventory management tool, which allows farmers to capitalise on their own sales, have transperant overview of their co-ops and productivity, whilst driving profits up.
